There are three basic formats which are often used in the document, that is bold, italic and underline. Each of these formats have different uses, depending on the wishes of document author. The first way is the use of the Bold button in the Ribbon Home. The second way is the use of the Bold button in the mini toolbar. First, highlight the text that we will change into a bold text.
